GENERAL TERM FOR SOLO & SHARED PURCHASED/COMMISSIONED ARTWORKS

By purchasing these artworks, you are buying the right to use it, not the art itself, so;I. Artist's copyright will be maintained.II. Do not claim the artwork/s as yours.III. Do not steal or trace.IV. Do not feed on AI generators and/or NFTs.V. Do not print and/or distribute copies or any part of the artwork without an authorized permission.VI. Please give credit to the artist using Jet Artworks and/or @jet_bys for their X (formerly Twitter) and Instagram username. Simply mentioning or tagging their name is highly appreciated.VII. Strictly no refund once purchase has been placed and done.VIII. Printing the artwork to be used for personal means: display on social media accounts for purposes with no direct monetization, such as profile pictures, banners, headers, and posts; print and framing in personal spaces is allowable (a copy for yourself alone), however; you can't: have it trade (product to product), and/or make any merchandise out of it to make a profit/gain of any means.IX. In case of printing and/or any type of physical copy the illustration with the purpose of giving it away as a gift, but you only have a personal rights of use, you must;

X. You cannot give/trade the artworks’ soft copy/files. It is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.• Trading the artwork/s (product = product) will only be allowed if said artwork is purchased with commercial use rights (no limit/depends on the host). (See additional terms here: Portfolio)XI. Please refrain from reposting the purchased artwork/s without any watermark as to not tolerate art thieves getting their way. (please refer to this post about a stealing issue that happened: SCAMMER ALERT!). Watermarked versions of the illustration/s will be given as per purchase, though you may add your own with the proper credits to the artist.

GENERAL INCLUSIONS

• PNG file artworks without watermark.
• PNG file artworks with the characters' name/watermarked version.Each file is HD and is quite big in size. You may ask the artist to adjust or re-size the file if needed.

FAQs (added at 11-01-2024);• When is the date of payment of the reserved premade artwork/s?
— I don't give a definite due date on premade illustrations provided that the host/customer is certain to avail the artwork. Paying before or after the artwork is posted is fine, though I'd prefer if it's paid after the final output is posted.
— A maximum scope of 3 weeks to 1 month after the artwork has been posted should suffice upon collecting the payment.
— However, if a sudden turn of events can't be prevented, giving a heads-up about canceling the reservation of the artwork in advance is very much appreciated.
— If said scope passes through and I was not contacted by the host/customer, consider the reservation canceled, and is not reserved under your name anymore.
— You may still try your luck and go for another reservation, though you may be added on my blacklist if cancellation happens too often.• What is the maximum limit of the sharers for SAP (shared art purchase)?
— The limit of sharer per artwork depends on its price regardless of its use, personal or commercial. See table below for the range.

Prices of these premade illustrations are almost or extensively at a 20%-35% cut off of the custom art commission rate. Though it still may vary on how intricate the illustration is.
